Regular service is included in the monthly fee. What does it include?
The icing on the cake is that the regular service from FUERGY is included in the monthly fee of 0.50 EUR/1 kWh of storage. This amount includes:
- online supervision and diagnostics,
- regular service every 6-12, or 3-6 months depending on the environment,
- replacement of ventilators every 5 years,
- capacitor replacement every 10 years.
Online supervision and diagnostics happen 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, concerning not only the entire system, but also its components. Diagnostics of malfunctions and air conditioning happens online. In addition, artificial intelligence can predict malfunctions in real time.
If the brAIn smart battery storage is located in a standard environment, checking the condition of the cabinets and temperatures, cleaning the cooler and the surface of the battery packs, checking the screws on power switching elements, and cleaning and checking the air conditioning take place at an interval of 6-12 months. In a dusty environment, FUERGY carries out service operations at intervals of 3-6 months.
